Engine after remanufacturing Land Rover Range Rover 3.0 tdv6 I generation to 2015.
We have all types of these 306dt engines:
– Discovery IV L319 until 2015,
– Range Rover IV L405 until 2015,
-Range Rover Sport L320,
– Range Rover Sport L494 until 2015.
The process of remanufacturing our engines:
crankshaft verification, polishing or grinding of the shaft,
new main and reinforced connecting rod bearings,
Piston inspection and replacement if worn,
new piston rings,
rebuilt connecting rods,
engine block checked, restoration of concentricity and dimensions of the crankshaft bed,
cylinder liners are honed (factory size), if worn out, new ones are inserted,
we only install new and original oil pumps, not regenerated ones,
cylinder head after full regeneration checked for micro-cracks, plane planning, new seals, valves and valve seats ground and lapped, possibly replaced with new ones,
new head gaskets, covers and shaft and roller seals.
The engine components were checked in detail and anything damaged was replaced.
